WHO  WE  ARE

Beta Club is an international organization of over 417,000 members. 

Members of the New Heights Jr. Beta Club must maintain a 90% over-all

 grade point average on grade level.  Students must display

good citizenship and adhere to the school discipline policy.

 Beta Clubs seek to recognize excellence in education and provide

 members with an opportunity to express themselves in poetry, writing,

short stories, and photography, which are printed 

in the BETA JOURNAL.

Beta Club also sponsors conventions, academic, talent, and other

competitions.

The annual Beta Club Convention will be held in Myrtle Beach, SC

on December 10-12, 2008.
