Welcome to Jefferson Elementary School!

Our mission is to provide a safe learning environment, which will inspire  students to pursue knowledge and challenge them to achieve their maximum potential.

Car riders can be dropped off at 7:30 am and classes begin at 8:00 am.

Jefferson Elementary serves students in grades Child Development (age 4) through fifth grade. Primary and Elementary level students are self-contained and heterogeneous grouped. Smaller class size within the primary levels ensures higher student/teacher contact. In grades 4-5, a departmentalized schedule is used with heterogeneous grouping in all areas other than reading.  Balanced literacy approached to language arts is emphasized in all grades.
