The Flat Stanley Goes Hi-Tech Project is a component of the Enhancing Education Through Technology Grant, which is a part of the No Child Left Behind federal mandate.  The primary goal of the Enhancing Education Through Technology Grant is to improve student learning and test scores through the seamless integration of technology in the classroom. 

The project is a year long effort that involves sixteen teachers in three schools.  The  teachers involved in the project  delivered standards-based lessons associated with the story and subsequent Flat Stanley exchanges. Students will share information about their state and community with students around the world.

  • Reading/English Language Arts Math
  • Math
  • Science
  • Social studies
  • Art
  • Technology (ISTE  Standards)
