Biography:  My name is Beverly Murvin Cranford, and I have been an employee of Chesterfield County for 23 years. Edwards Elementary is where I began by teaching career. I received by Bachelor of Science degree from Winthrop College (University) and a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from USC Columbia.

I have been teaching kindergarten for 3 years now, and I learn something new everyday. Kindergarten is for big kids too!

I am married to Dewayne Cranford who is a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force. He is currently employed as a Contract Inspector at Shaw Air Force Base.

We have a set of 2 year old grandchildren that we spend a lot of time with, and a 14 year old niece. I like to shop, bargain hunt, and have lots of fun.
