The National Beta Club is a student-centered
organization with the purpose of promoting the
ideals of character, leadership, and service. The Chesterfield
High Chapter of the National Beta Club is one
of the oldest in the state.
Our members are active in many service projects and fundraising for
charity, both at the national and local levels.
In order to be inducted into the Beta Club, a student must be of
good character and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above. In
order to remain in the club, the student must maintain a minimum of 90
average in his course work and participate in club projects. Members
must also complete individual community service hours.
Projects for the fall will include: Homecoming
drink sale on Spirit Day, canned food drive at Thanksgiving, and
Adopt-a-family from DSS at Christmas. |
